"Be the Baddie of the Year" Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by The Badlander Spirit Co. LLC, 760 Florence St, Helena, MT 59601 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to people who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Must be 21 or older to enter and win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Entries open now and close at 11:59 PM Mountain time on November 14, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 (with purchase): Scan the QR code on a Baddie Bevs can, subscribe to our email list, and follow @baddiebevs on Instagram.

Method 2 (no purchase necessary): Sign up for the Baddie Bevs email list directly at badlanderspirits.com/win/ and follow @baddiebevs on Instagram. No purchase is required.

Limit one entry per person.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner will be announced within a few days after entries close. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be contacted via email by hello@badlanderspirits.com and through our official Instagram account. Please be wary of scammers impersonating our account.

6. Prize

One winner will receive 52 4-packs of Badlander Spirits Baddies. Prize must be picked up locally in Missoula, Montana; no shipping will be provided.
Winner must be 21 or older and provide valid ID at pickup to redeem each weekly prize installment. No cash value. No substitution except at Sponsor's discretion.
You must make arrangements to pickup your prize within 45-days of winner announcement.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via the email and via the Instagram account used to enter. Winner must respond within 5 calendar days of notification to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner will be required to verify that they are 21 years or older.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. Release of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of the prize.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook or any sports team. Information entrants provide is submitted to Sponsor only, not to Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability related to this Promotion.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor for administering the Promotion and for future marketing communications, subject to Sponsor's privacy policy at badlanderspirits.com

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
